If payment has already been captured for a cancelled order, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

AphroTitan currently ships only to the United States, including the 50 states and the District of Columbia. Processing and delivery estimates are provided in the Shipping Policy and are not guaranteed.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Delivery may be affected by carrier operations, customs, severe weather, holidays or events outside our reasonable control. Title and risk of loss transfer as required by applicable law.

8. Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

All returns, exchanges, damaged-item claims and refunds are governed by our Return, Exchange & Refund Policy. Hygiene restrictions apply to hosiery, lingerie, bodystockings and other intimate products. Nothing in these Terms limits a mandatory consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.

9. Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotions and discount codes are subject to the conditions displayed with the offer. Unless stated otherwise, promotions cannot be combined, applied retroactively or exchanged for cash. If a returned item causes an order to no longer qualify for a discount or free gift, the value of the discount or gift may be deducted from the refund where permitted by law.
